Office 2013 include applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. They’re available as a one-time purchase for use on a single PC. Microsoft 365 plans include premium versions of these applications plus other services that are enabled over the Internet, including online storage with OneDrive and Skype minutes for home use. If you have a Microsoft account (hotmail.com, outlook.com, live.com, msn.com) or an Microsoft 365 work or school account, you can view and edit a presentation for free in a web browser. Save the file to OneDrive or Dropbox and use PowerPoint for the web to open it. Tip: PowerPoint for macOS doesn't preserve hyperlinks in PDFs but if you save your presentation to OneDrive you can open it in PowerPoint for the web and download as PDF from there. PDF files generated from PowerPoint for the web preserve hyperlinks, are accessible, and also tend to have a smaller file size. Oct 18, 2019.
